Who will be my tour guide?

Owner, Benjamin, will be your private guide for all city-wide driving tours. With other options, we have a small team of happy, friendly, and knowledgeable local guides who will show you around New Orleans.

Will there be other people or groups on tour with me?

No. We only offer private tours. When you book with us, it will be only you and your group on the tour. There are some plantations that require we join with others for a part of the property visit. For example, at Oak Alley we would be with others when we go through the main home itself, though the rest of our visit would be on our own.

Where does the tour start?

With my private tours, we always prefer to come to you. Therefore, we will typically begin at your hotel or vacation rental home, unless it is more convenient for you to be picked up somewhere else.

What type of vehicle do you drive?

The specific vehicle changes over time, but it is always a full size SUV with leather interior and the capacity to seat 6 guests.

Can I reserve without payment?

Yes — we’re happy to secure your reservation without payment. All we need to hold your tour is your name, contact information, and pickup location.

For your convenience, you’re welcome to make a deposit or partial payment online at any time, but it isn’t required to reserve. We will reach out approximately 10 days before your tour to request payment, and full payment must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your tour so we can finalize all arrangements on your behalf.

We keep the process simple, flexible, and guest‑friendly — just book the date that works for you, and you can handle payment whenever it’s most convenient.

Can I change the day/time of the tour without penalty?

Of course! As long as I am available during your new preferred time, I am always happy to accommodate. Sometimes I may be unavailable at your new preferred time, but I can promise you that I will do all I can to assist. Just email me, text me or call me!
